Ray Fallon is The Dane

...in Hamlet.  As in, he's Hamlet.  The greatest acting part in all of drama.

So wow.

Shakespeare 70 is a very well respected and talented group of individuals that put on an annual summer Shakespeare play in Central NJ (yes, it does exist).  While the location has varied since the company began back in 1970 (get it?), the past handful of years have been at the gorgeous Kelsey Theater at Mercer County Community College.  Many members of our cast have performed with S70 before - James Introcaso has poisoned himself as Romeo, Sarah Stryker has begrudgingly fallen in love as Beatrice, Dan Keyser has tried his damndest to court Olivia as Duke Orsino - but Hamlet is a special part, requiring a special actor (like Andrew Timmes, who played him in a college production many of us were also in [he killed Rudy {who killed Sarah}].

Also it is worth mentioning that:

John Fischer is The Dane's Best Buddy Horatio

...in the same production.  This is John's first time performing with Shakespeare 70, so be sure to send him good vibes for his premiere.  He has promised us Real Tears during the incredibly sad ending.

Hey, and don't forget:

Andrew Timmes is the Annoying Messenger, Osric

Theater Karma exists, listeners, and it is playing a delightful little joke on uber-talented Andrew Timmes.  Being able to see Hamlet be mean to a former Hamlet is a treat indeed.

And of course we must bring up that:

Lili Timmes is The Stage Manager

This is actually a more important position than Hamlet.

Go.  Go see it if you can.  You will not regret it.
